WingDir v2.7 - Directory Match Utility.

PCMagazine (July 94) - "The best Windows counterpart of DIRMATCH...".  

Display directories side by side with file names aligned. DELETE, COPY, 
MOVE, or RENAME Files.  MASK File Names with '*.*' wildcards.  Display
ALL, SAME, DIFFERENT, UNIQUE, or IDENTICAL Files.  Easily change Source 
and Target Directories.  Version 2.7 adds 'Confirmation' option, 'Target 
Directory' command line option, and .INI options for default Source
and Target directories.  Requires VBRUN300.DLL.

WingDir can be registered through CompuServe's registration database 
(GO SWREG) with Registration ID #3830.
